Roadmap

PRISM is planned in phases, beginning with the core structured credit engine and expanding into broader credit markets, automation, and institutional integrations.

Phase 1

Phase 1 establishes the core protocol primitive.

Scope:

  • Core structured credit engine.
  • Prime, Core, and Alpha tranches.
  • NAV accounting.
  • Yield waterfall.
  • Default handling.
  • Secondary AMM markets.
  • Dashboard visualization.

Goal:

Prove that credit can be decomposed, tokenized, priced, and stress-tested transparently on-chain.

Phase 2

Phase 2 expands market functionality.

Scope:

  • Hedging instruments such as CDS-like protection.
  • Strategy automation.
  • Cross-chain liquidity.
  • Richer analytics.
  • Additional collateral and originator interfaces.

Goal:

Move from a single structured credit primitive toward a composable credit risk marketplace.

Phase 3

Phase 3 focuses on institutional depth and advanced risk infrastructure.

Scope:

  • Institutional integration.
  • Risk insurance mechanisms.
  • Advanced identity systems.
  • Confidential borrower scoring.
  • Multi-originator vaults.
  • Production-grade oracle networks.

Goal:

Make PRISM a durable base layer for programmable credit markets.

Long-Term Vision

PRISM establishes a new financial primitive:

Credit as a programmable, liquid, and transparently priced asset.

It bridges structured finance, decentralized infrastructure, and open markets into a unified system for on-chain credit.
